Located at the gateway of the FLC Sam Son urban resort mega-project, the Courtyard project spans 4.79 hectares and includes commercial service components such as a boutique hotel, beachfront shophouses, plaza shophouses, resort townhouses, and twin villas.


Sam Son beach tourism, located in Thanh Hoa province, stands out with its beautiful beaches, clear blue waters, and unique historical sites such as Hon Trong Mai and Doc Cue Temple. It is a popular resort destination, offering a wide range of services from luxury resorts to exciting entertainment activities, attracting both domestic and international tourists.







EXPLANATION OF THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PLAN

Location and Scale: The Courtyard project is situated at the gateway of the FLC Sam Son urban resort area, covering an area of 4.79 hectares. The project includes components such as a boutique hotel, beachfront shophouses, plaza shophouses, resort townhouses, and twin villas.


Design: The structures in the project are designed in multiple styles, ranging from Neoclassical to modern, offering diversity and appeal to investors. This design concept aims to meet diverse business needs and attract attention from the early stages.


Highlight: The centerpiece of the project is a seaside plaza spanning over 2,500 m², directly adjacent to the beach, promising to become an attractive destination for tourists and local residents. This area will host vibrant day and night entertainment activities.


Plaza: The open plaza design with large paved areas will facilitate event organization. The main highlight is a 15-meter-high Neoclassical-style tower, creating a grand and luxurious ambiance that harmonizes with the surrounding shophouses. The plaza area will directly connect to the sea, providing an ideal space for shopping, dining, and enjoying the seaside view.


Breakthrough Planning: The project boasts a 300-meter-long beachfront and a depth of 114 meters from Ho Xuan Huong Street, ensuring easy access to the sea. This layout also allows cool sea breezes to flow into the inner areas, enhancing the experience for residents and visitors.
